Community: Guests must respect the privacy, tranquility and regulations of the Palmilla–Caleta residential community.

Cancellation policy

Any changes or cancellations made to a NON-HOLIDAY reservation more than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded to “TENANT/AGENCY” minus a 10% administration fee. Any changes or cancellations made to a NON-HOLIDAY reservation less than 60 days prior to arrival will only be refunded to “TENANT/AGENCY” if “Luxury Residences in Cabo” is able to re-rent the villa and is subject to a 10% administration fee. If ““Luxury Residences in Cabo”” is unable to re-rent the villa funds will be held by “LANDLORD” and applied to future reservations within one year from original reservation date. Any changes or cancellations made to a HOLIDAY reservation after the Rental Agreement has been signed will only be refunded to “TENANT/AGENCY” if ““Luxury Residences in Cabo”” is able to re-rent the villa and is subject to a 10% administration fee. If ““Luxury Residences in Cabo”” is unable to re-rent the villa funds will not be refunded nor applied to future reservations.
