Set in a manicured garden, Villa 12 opens to more than 5,000 square feet of outdoor living space with a pool, hot tub, plenty of loungers, a barbecue and al-fresco dining for ten. After a day basking the Cabo sunshine, stay outside and watch the stars come out from around the firepit or step inside to enjoy the media room, wet bar and Wi-Fi.
This sleek residence draws its inspiration from both the surrounding landscape and mid-century modern style. Slide-away glass walls connect the outdoor living areas to the living area, dining area and wet bar in the open-concept great room, while warm-hued stone walls echo the area’s famed rock formations. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a streamlined breakfast bar.
The villa’s five bedrooms can accommodate up to twelve friends or extended family. There are three bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms with two queen beds each; all five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. For larger parties or those traveling with children, there are an additional four twin beds available.
While West Enclaves feels like a haven from the real world, it’s only a short drive from golf, beaches and more. Book a tee time at the nearby Puerto Los Cabos, Club Campestre or Palmilla courses, or schedule a little sunbathing at Playa Las Palmas or Costa Azul Beach. For gallery walks, souvenir shopping or a honeymoon-worthy dinner, make the easy trip into romantic downtown San Jose del Cabo.

Cancellation policy
Any changes or cancellations made to a NON-HOLIDAY reservation more than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded to “TENANT/AGENCY” minus a 10% administration fee. Any changes or cancellations made to a NON-HOLIDAY reservation less than 60 days prior to arrival will only be refunded to “TENANT/AGENCY” if “Luxury Residences in Cabo” is able to re-rent the villa and is subject to a 10% administration fee. If ““Luxury Residences in Cabo”” is unable to re-rent the villa funds will be held by “LANDLORD” and applied to future reservations within one year from original reservation date. Any changes or cancellations made to a HOLIDAY reservation after the Rental Agreement has been signed will only be refunded to “TENANT/AGENCY” if ““Luxury Residences in Cabo”” is able to re-rent the villa and is subject to a 10% administration fee. If ““Luxury Residences in Cabo”” is unable to re-rent the villa funds will not be refunded nor applied to future reservations.Availability
